党建引领专科医联体建设的有效路径探析
Analysis of effective pathways for party building leading the construction of specialized medical consor-tiums—a case study of the dermatology medical consortium of shospital

Abstract
Under the background of deepening the reform of the medical and health system and the Healthy China strate-gy,strengthening the Party's leadership in public hospitals has become the fundamental guarantee for promoting the high-quality development of the medical and health cause.Focusing on the practical dilemmas faced by specialized medical consortiums in terms of coordination,motivation,resources,and culture,and taking the dermatology medical consortium as an example,this pa-per explores effective pathways for high-quality Party building to lead its construction.The study systematically summarizes the practices of S Hospital,such as establishing a Party building joint meeting mechanism,promoting the five-dimensional integration of"management,business,scientific research,teaching,and prevention/treatment,"and implementing the"joint branch con-struction contract responsibility"model,combined with an analysis of questionnaire and interview data.Practice shows that Party building leadership has effectively solved the"loosening"problem of medical consortiums,improved coordination efficiency and the effectiveness of resource sinking,enhanced organizational cohesion,and initially formed a sustainable development mecha-nism.This case provides a feasible path for transforming the political and organizational advantages of the Party into the govern-ance efficiency of medical consortiums,and offers useful theoretical references and practical paradigms for promoting the construc-tion of close-knit specialized medical consortiums.关键词
