摘要
Abstract
The construction of party conduct and clean government in public hospitals serves as both a core practical car-rier for comprehensive and strict party governance in the medical and health sector and a crucial institutional guarantee for the in-depth advancement of the Healthy China strategy.Against the dual backdrop of comprehensive deepening of reforms in the new era and the modernization of industry governance,this paper systematically analyzes the practical dilemmas faced by public hospi-tals in key dimensions such as ideological cognition,institutional systems,supervision mechanisms,and team building.Based on a problem-oriented approach,it constructs targeted optimization paths to provide theoretical reference and practical paradigms for enhancing the governance effectiveness of public hospitals,building a solid industry integrity defense line,and promoting the high-quality development of the medical and health cause.关键词
