党建引领公立医院志愿服务的实践研究
Practical research on party building leading volunteer services in public hospitals
摘要
Abstract
Public hospital volunteer service is an important pathway for implementing the"Healthy China"strategy.Taking the"Kangyi Pharmacist Volunteer Service Team"of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital as an example,this study explores effective paths for promoting the high-quality development of volunteer services in public hospitals under the guidance of Party building.Through measures such as strengthening Party building empowerment,improving team construction,integrating multi-party resources,creating branded volunteer service projects,and carrying out diversified,multi-level activities,the health-related sense of gain and happiness of the people has been effectively enhanced.This provides replicable and scalable practical experience for public hospitals to implement the"Healthy China"strategy.关键词
