Research on the construction of a multi-campus hospital resource planning(HRP)system based on business-finance integration

Abstract
Objective With the rapid development of the"one hospital,multiple campuses"model in large public hos-pitals,multi-campus management faces severe challenges regarding resource integration and collaborative operations.As a vital tool for achieving business-finance integration,the Hospital Resource Planning(HRP)system serves as key support for improving operational management efficiency in multi-campus hospitals.Based on the practice of tightly integrated multi-campus manage-ment,this paper explores the architectural design and construction path of multi-campus HRP systems.Methods The study pro-poses differentiated system deployment strategies for different campus models.For tightly integrated multi-campuses,it innova-tively reorganizes business systems with the goal of financial sharing to achieve seamless underlying data sharing.An internal con-trol mechanism centered on comprehensive budget management is constructed to implement a"no expenditure without budget"strategy.Furthermore,by establishing a smart financial data center and integrating new generation information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,and Robotic Process Automation(RPA),the unified,closed-loop,and refined management of hu-man,financial,and material resources across multiple campuses is realized.Results Practice indicates that a multi-campus HRP system based on business-finance integration can effectively enhance resource allocation efficiency and operational manage-ment quality.Conclusion This system provides a feasible solution for the high-quality development of public hospitals.关键词
