儿童急性呼吸道感染后小气道病变临床特征研究进展
Research progress on the clinical characteristics of small airway lesions after acute respiratory tract infection in children
摘要
Abstract
Acute respiratory tract infection is one of the most common diseases among children.Some children may have small airway lesions after infection,which not only affects their quality of life but also may increase the risk of developing chronic respiratory diseases,posing a potential threat to children's healthy growth.It is receiving increasing clinical attention.At present,there are no unified diagnostic and treatment standards for small airway lesions after acute respiratory tract infection in children,and there is a lack of effec-tive clinical guidance.Therefore,this article aimed to integrate the latest research progress and conduct a re-view from multiple dimensions such as definition,clinical manifestations,imaging,lung function and progno-sis,providing references for clinical practice and research directions.关键词
