Abstract
An integrated material flow analysis(MFA)and life cycle assessment(LCA)method was employed to establish an assessment model for the generation,utilization,and environmental impact of hazardous waste in the silicone industry.This model was employed to systematically analyze the hazardous waste data of enterprises in the Xinjiang silicone industry from 2022 to 2024,and HW11 distillation residue was identified as the primary hazardous waste pollutant,accounting for 54.8%.The results further indicated that the landfill rate was significantly and positively correlated with disposal costs.For every 10%increase in the landfill rate,the disposal cost increased by 206 yuan per ton.Based on the above results,a three-in-one integrated solution of process optimization,resource regeneration,and intelligent supervision was proposed,which provided a theoretical basis and path guidance for the green and low-carbon transformation of the silicone industry.关键词
