畜禽养殖粪便中31种多类抗生素残留的测定
Determination of 31 Multi-class Antibiotic Residues in livestock and Poultry Breeding Manure
摘要
Abstract
Through the comparison and optimization of the pretreatment methods,a rapid detection method for 31 antibiotics,including sulfonamides,tetracyclines,macrolides,fluoroquinolones and chloramphenicols,in livestock and poultry manure(chicken manure)was established via solid-phase extraction(SPE)combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The samples were enriched and purified by an HLB(Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance)column after sample extraction.The separation was performed on a C18 column with gradient elution,using 0.2%formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile as the mobile phases.The recoveries of the 31 antibiotics ranged from 58.9%to 97.7%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 3.2%to 11.5%.This method is applicable to the determination of multi-class antibiotic residues in livestock and poultry manure(chicken manure).关键词
