袋鼠式护理对母亲产后焦虑的缓解及其作用机制
The effects of kangaroo mother care on postpartum anxiety and its mechanisms
摘要
Abstract
Postpartum anxiety is highly prevalent and adversely affects maternal mental health and mother-infant bonding.Kangaroo mother care(KMC),as a non-pharmacological intervention, can effectively alleviate postpartum anxiety, yet existing studies have largely treated its mechanisms as single-pathway phenomena. This review systematically integrates the neural and physiological mechanisms of KMC and, within an expanded framework of maternal infant attachment theory, proposes a dynamic interaction model tailored to the characteristics of postpartum anxiety from the perspectives of cognitive processing, emotion regulation, and behavioral reinforcement. The model posits that KMC can remodel cognitive processing by shifting attention away from threat-related cues toward the infant's present signals and by enhancing parenting self-efficacy;it can improve emotion regulation via stress reduction and sleep restoration;also can strengthen caregiving behaviors through positive feedback and the internalization of the maternal role. These three processes interact to produce an overall anxiolytic effect. On the basis of anxiety reduction,KMC further deepens maternal infant emotional bonding, thereby consolidating the intervention's effects. In sum,the model delineates the cross-level psycho-neuro-behavioral mechanisms through which KMC mitigates postpartum anxiety and provides a theoretical foundation for its clinical application and broader implementation.关键词
