校训、校歌、校徽等校本文化元素的文脉意蕴与育人进路
Cultural Context and Educational Approaches of School-based Cultural Elements such as School Motto,School Anthem and School Emblem—A Case Study of Southwest Jiaotong University

Abstract
As important components of school-based culture,school motto,school anthem,and school emblem are both independent of and integrated with each other.They interpret the spiritual core of the school in unique forms and are closely connected in the deep cultural context,jointly constructing the cultural identity and spiritual pedigree of a university.Taking Southwest Jiaotong University as an example,this paper explores the cultural context connotations jointly carried by the school motto,school anthem,and school emblem.The school motto of Southwest Jiaotong University,"Diligent in study,sincere in aspiration,resolute in action,and loyal and forgiving in undertaking affairs",condenses the academic norms and personality pursuit.The melody and lyrics of the school anthem carry the memories of years and the feelings of forging ahead.The elements of the school emblem highlight the disciplinary characteristics and contain the Jiaotong University spirit of"waiting for achievements to shine and constantly striving for self-improvement".Although the three have different forms of expression,they jointly carry the cultural context marks of Southwest Jiaotong University from the depths of history,embodying the school's consistent adherence to the original aspiration of running the school,academic pursuit,and family and country feelings in different eras.They provide a rich perspective for understanding the cultural heritage and spiritual characteristics of the school,and also offer a reference path for giving play to the role of school-based cultural elements in educating people through culture and cultivating new people of the era in combination with the characteristics of the times and practical requirements.关键词
