摘要
Abstract
As a national strategic emerging industry,the low-altitude economy provides innovative and efficient technical pathways and systematic solutions for the construction of smart water conservancy,effectively driving the digital,networked,and intelligent transformation and high-quality development of the water conservancy sector.Based on the strategic orientation of developing new quality productive forces and modernizing water conservancy infrastructure as outlined in China's 15th Five-Year Plan,this paper analyzes the policy background and market drivers of the low-altitude economy development and systematically reviews the innovative application practices and typical cases of the low-altitude economy in core business areas of the water conservancy sector.The study indicates that applying low-altitude technology in the water conservancy sector offers technical advantages such as high efficiency,high precision,and high safety.In response to the practical challenges faced in areas such as airspace management,standards and specifications,and data security,this paper proposes policy recommendations and development strategies from the dimensions of strengthening top-level design,improving regulations and standards,innovating business models,and conducting pilot demonstrations to promote the deep integration and synergistic development of the low-altitude economy and water conservancy,aiming to provide robust support for enhancing national water security capabilities.关键词
