Correlation Analysis of CSAG-1,CD4+,and CD8+Expression in the Cervical Cancer Microenvironment with Prognosis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression levels of chondrosarcoma-associated gene 1 protein(CSAG-1),CD4+,and CD8+in the cervical cancer microenvironment,as well as their correlation with patient prognosis.Methods 91 patients who underwent surgi-cal treatment at our Hospital were randomly selected for this study.Postoperative pathological samples,including cervical cancer focal tissues and adjacent normal tissues,were collected.The expressions of CSAG-1,CD4+,and CD8+in the focal tissues were detected and analyzed.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed to evaluate the relationship between immunohistochemical expression levels and the patients'5-year postoperative prognosis.Additionally,Cox proportional hazards regression analysis was used to identify factors influencing the patients'5-year postoperative prognosis.Results CSAG-1 positive expression was positively correlated with tumor diameter and pelvic lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer(P＜0.05).CD4+and CD8+positive expression showed a negative correlation with tumor diameter and pelvic lymph node metastasis in cervical cancer(P＜0.01).Conclusion By integrating the expression profiles of the fo-cal microenvironment with the patients' clinical and pathological characteristics,this approach can serve as a method for clinically assessing the postoperative prognosis of cervical cancer patients.关键词
