持续灌流模式耳内镜在Ⅰ型鼓室成形术中的临床效果分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of continuous irrigating mode endoscopic ear surgery(CIM-EES)in the treat-ment of chronic suppurative otitis media(CSOM).Methods A prospective controlled study was conducted on 80 CSOM patients,who were divided into two groups according to surgical approach:the experimental group(CIM-EES,n=40)and the control group(conventional en-doscopic ear surgery,n=40).Operative time,intraoperative blood loss,frequency of endoscope lens cleaning,number of surgical interrup-tions,time of ear packing removal,length of hospital stay,hospitalization costs,hearing recovery,and incidence of complications were com-pared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group showed significant improvements in operative time,intraoperative blood loss,frequency of endoscope cleaning,number of surgical interruptions,time of ear packing removal,length of hos-pital stay,and hospitalization costs(all P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P=0.118).Conclusion CIM-EES can effectively shorten operative time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,improve surgical visualization,accelerate postoperative recovery.It demonstrates a favorable safety profile and is suitable for widespread clinical application.关键词
