Abstract
Research on high-power high-efficiency solid-state sources has received extensive attention in Microwave Wireless Power Transfer(MWPT)systems.Conventional solid-state microwave sources adopt cascaded amplifier architectures,whereas high-power Voltage-Controlled Oscillators(VCOs)consist of a single amplifier with a feedback loop,offering advantages of simple circuit design,compact size,and low cost.This paper provides a classification and overview of microwave source types,and elucidates the application value of high-power VCOs in MWPT.The design history of high-power oscillators is reviewed,and the approaches to achieve voltage-controlled tuning in high-power oscillators are summarized.Basic design methods and recommendations are presented,and future research directions are also discussed.关键词
