微波无线能量传输系统中氮化镓整流器的技术进展
Technical advances in GaN rectifiers for Microwave Wireless Power Transfer
摘要
Abstract
Gallium nitride(GaN),with its superior characteristics of wide bandgap,high electron mobility,and high-temperature/high-voltage tolerance,has demonstrated significant advantages in the field of Microwave Wireless Power Transfer(MWPT)rectification.This paper reviews the research progress of microwave rectification based on GaN devices:firstly,the application forms of GaN devices in rectifiers and circuit topologies are introduced;secondly,various methods and techniques for improving microwave rectifier performance are elaborated from three perspectives—high efficiency,wide input power range,and wide bandwidth;finally,the future development directions of GaN rectifiers are prospected.关键词
