基于极化分集的紧凑型整流超表面天线
Compact rectifying metasurface antenna based on polarization diversity

Abstract
To address the challenges of frequent power maintenance and data transmission for sensor nodes,this paper proposes a polarization-diverse rectifying metasurface antenna.The metasurface employs vertically polarized direction integrated with rectifying diodes to harvest microwave wireless energy and convert RF into DC at 3.6 GHz.Simultaneously,it utilizes horizontal polarization at 2.45 GHz for sensor data transmission.Compared with conventional rectenna designs,this metasurface eliminates the impedance matching stubs and features a compact unit size of 20 mm×20 mm×2.29 mm(0.16λ0×0.16λ0×0.02λ0).The metasurface achieves high power transfer efficiencies of 90%at 2.45 GHz and 96.6%at 3.6 GHz,the maximum measured overall efficiency of 41%is achieved at an input power of 3 dBm,demonstrating excellent electromagnetic absorption and radiation performance.The design offers advantages such as miniaturization,high integration,and multifunctionality.Experimental results confirm that the metasurface antenna can simultaneously power sensors and transmit data,offering a novel technical approach for self-powered Internet of Things(IoT)systems in future smart cities.关键词
