犯罪学研究方法的路径重构
Reimagining Criminological Research Methods:Insights from Feyerabend's Against Method

Abstract
Criminology is an interdisciplinary science that has long been influenced by traditional scientific paradigms in its research methods.This has led to tendencies towards singularity,standardization and positivism.However,this system of methodology overlooks the complexity and diversity of criminal phenomena,resulting in a rigid disconnect between theory and practice,as well as a failure to provide an in-depth explanation of criminal phenomena.In Against Method,Feyerabend critiques traditional methodology,proposing an"anything goes"approach to methodology.He challenges the presumed superiority of scientific methods over non-scientific approaches,such as empirical traditions,and advocates constructing a pluralistic methodology through the"counter-induction"of introducing incompatible theories.Inspired by this theory,criminology can broadly absorb diverse methods,leverage the role of practice-based empirical traditions,and construct a dynamic methodological system.This approach aims to transcend the limitations of research methods,advocate for methodological pluralism,and attempt to establish a criminological research method system grounded in freedom,diversity,and openness,thereby promoting synergistic innovation between criminological theory and practice.关键词
