《圣济总录》煎丸的制备与应用探析
Exploration and Analysis of the Preparation and Application of Extract-Based Pills Recorded in the Sheng Ji Zong Lu

Abstract
Extract-based pills are a type of pill prepared from concentrate through prolonged decoction and concentration.Their preparation involves two key processes:soft extract concentration and pill formation.The formulation of extract-based pills recorded in the Sheng Ji Zong Lu(Comprehensive Recording of Divine Assistance)follows the principle of tailoring to the specific properties of Chinese herbal medicine.Depending on the property,flavor,and texture of the ingredients,either the decoction-concentrate method or the direct powder method is employed for pill formation.Conventional preparation techniques for extract-based pills are categorized into two types:whole-prescription decoction-concentrate pill formation and partial-ingredient decoction-concentrate pill formation.These methods are supplemented with specialized techniques,such as sequential decoction for extraction and the reuse of medicinal residues.In clinical application,due to their concentrated and potent effects,extract-based pills are particularly effective in treating chronic and refractory diseases,such as consumptive disorders,accumulation-aggregation masses,infantile malnutrition,and amenorrhea in women.Although modern concentrated pills have evolved from extract-based pills with improved extraction techniques,the sophisticated preparation methods and unique formulation principles of extract-based pills have not been fully inherited.Therefore,this paper explores and analyzes the herbal selection,preparation,and therapeutic characteristics of extract-based pills recorded in the Sheng Ji Zong Lu,aiming to serve as a reference for contemporary theoretical research and clinical practice in pill formulation.关键词
