梅花针叩刺联合眼针疗法治疗瘀血阻络型偏头痛临床研究
Clinical Study on Plum-Blossom Needle Tapping Combined with Eye Acupuncture in Treating Migraine of Blood Stasis Obstructing Collaterals Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of plum-blossom needle tapping combined with eye acupuncture in treating migraine of blood stasis obstructing collaterals type.Methods:A total of 84 patients with migraine of blood stasis obstructing collaterals type treated at Wenzhou Central Hospital from March 2023 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received eye acupuncture,while the study group received plum-blossom needle tapping combined with eye acupuncture.Treatment was administered once daily,five times per week,with both groups receiving continuous treatment for four weeks.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Migraine Disability Assessment Scale(MIDAS),hemorheological indices(high-shear whole blood viscosity,low-shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity),inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)],headache attack frequency,headache duration,analgesic use frequency,and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,VAS and MIDAS scores,as well as levels of high-shear whole blood viscosity,low-shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,TNF-α,IL-6,and CRP were decreased in both groups when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05).The study group showed lower VAS and MIDAS scores,and lower levels of high-shear whole blood viscosity,low-shear whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,TNF-α,IL-6,and CRP than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,headache attack frequency and analgesic use frequency were decreased,and headache duration shortened in both groups when compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05).The study group had fewer headache attacks,less analgesic use,and shorter headache duration than the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 95.24%(40/42)in the study group,higher than that of 80.95%(34/42)in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Plum-blossom needle tapping combined with eye acupuncture shows significant effect in treating migraine of blood stasis obstructing collaterals type,effectively relieving headache.Its mechanism may be related to improving hemorheology and inhibiting inflammatory responses.关键词
