Abstract

To address the challenges faced by multi-UAV systems performing cooperative low-altitude operations in complex electromagnetic environments,including limited coverage of 5G public networks,scarce and interference-prone spectrum resources,and insufficient adaptability of multi-node access scheduling under interference conditions,this paper proposes a spectrum-cognition-based dual-network integrated communication terminal design method.The proposed approach mainly consists of three components:1)a heterogeneous communication architecture is established via integrating 5G public networks and self-organized private networks,where a link state evaluation mechanism based on proactive multi-dimensional quality of service probing is introduced to enable adaptive access decision-making and dynamic network switching;2)a lightweight deep Q-network-driven spectrum cognition decision method is designed to model and learn spectrum states under dynamic interference conditions,achieving adaptive decision-making for communication frequency bands;3)a spectrum-cognition-driven C-TDMA(cognitive-time division multiple access)multi-node access scheduling is proposed to realize joint coordination of network switching,frequency band configuration,and time-slot allocation based on the TDMA access mechanism and the integration of spectrum sensing results.An experimental platform centered on Raspberry Pi,integrating broadband spectrum sensing and embedded artificial intelligence computing units,is developed to conduct experimental validation.The results demonstrate that the proposed communication terminal can maintain stable communication links under spectrum-constrained and complex interference environments,exhibiting strong anti-interference capability and environmental adaptability.
