中古寒食散的内涵流变及原因探析
The Evolution and Reasons behind the Connotation of Han Shi San in Medieval China

Abstract
The ancient Chinese medicinal preparation Han Shi San(寒食散Cold Food Powder)has garnered considerable scholarly attention,yet few studies have approached it from the perspective of history of knowledge.By analyzing the evolving connotations of this formula through the lens of history of knowledge,two key facts emerge.First,the conceptualization of Han Shi San underwent successive transformations during the medieval period,shifting from"therapeutic medicine"to"nourishing elixir",and ultimately being reclassified as"toxic remedy for curing diseases".Second,the prolonged practical application of Han Shi San by medieval scholars,the influence of immortality beliefs,and the turbulent political dynamics of the era were the primary drivers behind its conceptual evolution.This approach allows us to"see the big picture through the small"by tracing the formation process of a specific medicinal concept,revealing how its development resulted from the combined efforts of historical practices over extended periods and across diverse social groups.关键词
