Abstract
Addressing bottleneck problems in pre-furnace billet logistics process at a wheel plant,such as fragmentation,high reliance on manual labor,insufficient coordination of heavy-duty equipment,and lack of whole-process traceability control,the project carried out a digital and intelligent upgrade of the billet logistics system.By restructuring the logistics process,developing core intelligent equipment,and building a management and control system integrated with digital twins,an innovative new logistics process characterized by"continuity-automation-high efficiency"was formed.A high-precision heavy-duty equipment cluster and a full-link digital-intelligent man-agement and control system were established,resulting in the completion of a digital-intelligent lo-gistics production line for wheel billets.This provides key technological support for the digital trans-formation of logistics in wheel manufacturing.关键词
