摘要
Abstract
As core facilities for gas storage and pressure regulation in iron and steel enter-prises,the stable operation of gas holders is crucial for production safety. In one enterprise,a 150 000 m³ oil-sealed gas holder that had been in operation for 25 years experienced rainwater in-gress due to corrosion perforation of its roof, causing the piston tilt to exceed allowable limits and se-riously threatening the safe operation of the system.Based on an in-depth analysis of the causes of corrosion perforation and piston tilt,an emergency treatment strategy involving precise water pump-ing and dynamic counterweight adjustment was proposed, concurrently implementing temporary leak sealing on the roof using repair welding and roll materials.During the operation,in order to pre-cisely control the holder volume,a piston torque balance model was constructed, deriving a linear relationship between the counterweight displacement and the depth of accumulated water on the pis-ton.The piston tilt was scientifically corrected based on the torque balance principle.Practical re-sults showed that the piston tilt was reduced from 220 mm to 50 mm after the emergency treatment, effectively controlling the potential safety hazard of the equipment and providing an engineering ref-erence for the emergency treatment of similar facilities.关键词
