电子输尿管镜联合负压吸引系统在感染性输尿管结石中的应用研究
Study on the Application of Electronic Ureteroscope Combined with Negative Pressure Suction System in the Treatment of Infectious Ureteral Calculi

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of electronic ureteroscope combined with negative pressure suction system in the treatment of infectious ureteral calculi.Methods 68 patients with infectious ureteral calculi were randomly selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional electronic ureteroscope lithotripsy,and the observation group was treated with electronic ureteroscope combined with negative pressure suction system.The operation related indicators,stone clearance rate,infection related indicators and complications were compared.Results The operation time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less that in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 week and 4 weeks after surgery,the stone clearance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 days after surgery,the levels of PCT,CRP,and WBC in the observation group were lower than those in the contro group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Electronic ureteroscope combined with negative pressure suction system in the treatment of infectious ureteral calculi can shorten the operation and hospitalization time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,improve the stone clearance rate and more effectively control postoperative infection,without increasing the risk of complications.关键词
