神经内镜手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果研究
Study on the Clinical Effect of Neuroendoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of neuroendoscopic surgery in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH),so as to provide a reference for optimizing surgical treatment strategies.Methods A total of 72 patients with HICH admitted to our hospital from April 2024 to August 2025 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received stereotactic puncture and catheter drainage,while the observation group underwent neuroendoscopic surgery.Operation-related indicators,activities of daily living,prognosis,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had longer operation time,higher hematoma clearance rate,and shorter hospital stay(P<0.05).1 month after operation,the BI scores in both groups were significantly higher than those before operation,and the BI score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The prognosis of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with stereotactic puncture and catheter drainage,neuroendoscopic surgery for HICH has a slightly longer operation time,but can effectively improve hematoma clearance rate,shorten hospital stay,improve postoperative activities of daily living and overall prognosis,without increasing the risk of complications.It has significant clinical application value and is worthy of promotion.关键词
