内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗结直肠肿物的有效性与安全性分析
Analysis on the Efficacy and Safety of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection in the Treatment of Colorectal Masses

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of colorectal masses.Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with colorectal masses admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology of Guizhou Maotai Hospital from January 2024 to October 2025 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the control group(n=50,treated with endoscopic mucosal resection)and the observation group(n=55,treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection)according to the surgical treatment mothods.The perioperative indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,time to first postoperative anal exhaust,hospital stay),postoperative Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores for abdominal pain,and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had significantly less intraoperative blood loss,shorter time to first postoperative anal exhaust and hospital stay,and longer operation time than the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative VAS scores for abdominal pain and incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Endoscopic submucosal dissection has better clinical efficacy and safety than endoscopic mucosal resection in the treatment of colorectal masses,with significant advantages especially in complete lesion resection and rapid postoperative recovery.It can be used as the preferred endoscopic procedure for patients with colorectal masses who meet the indications.关键词
