Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of computer-assisted cognitive training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods A total of 88 patients with mild cognitive impairment admitted to Putuo People's Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University,Shanghai,from October 2023 to June 2025,were selected and randomly divided into a control group(44 cases,hyperbaric oxygen therapy)and an experimental group(44 cases,computer-assisted cognitive training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy).Cognitive function,daily living ability,inflammatory factor levels,and clinical efficacy were compared before training and at 1 month and 3 months after training.Results At 1 month and 3 months after training,the experimental group showed higher cognitive function and daily living ability and lower inflammatory factor levels than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.18%,higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with computer-assisted cognitive training can significantly improve cognitive function and daily living ability in patients with MCI,reduce inflammatory factor levels,and enhance overall clinical efficacy.关键词
