摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neuron-specific enolase(NSE),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),and cytokeratin 19 fragment 21-1(CYFRA21-1)in assessing lymph node metastasis in lung cancer. Methods A total of 100 patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were divided into metastasis group(n=48)and non-metastasis group(n=52)according to surgical outcomes.Additionally,98 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as healthy control group. The serum levels of CEA,NSE,CA125,and CYFRA21-1 were measured and compared among the three groups.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were plotted to analyze the value of combining these four indicators in assessing lymph node metastasis in lung cancer. Results The serum levels of CEA,NSE,CA125,and CYFRA21-1 in the metastasis group were significantly higher than those in the non-metastasis group and the healthy control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The ROC curve results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)for the combined assessment of lymph node metastasis in lung cancer using serum CEA,NSE,CA125,and CYFRA21-1 was higher than that of any single indicator. Conclusions The combination of serum CEA,NSE,CA125,and CYFRA21-1 can effectively assess lymph node metastasis or none in patients with lung cancer, which is worthy of clinical reference.关键词
