Abstract
Schizophrenia(SZ)is a common and serious mental illness with unclear etiology.It often occurs in young a-dults,mainly manifested as perceptual,thinking,emotional,and behavioral disorders.Yuan Mengshi advocates the use of Yin and Yang as the main principle in the treatment of schizophrenia,emphasizing that the main pathogenesis of schizophrenia is the internal closure of Qi and fire,and the key to treatment is to eliminate heat.However,it is necessa-ry to strictly prevent damage to the right and supplement deficiency as appropriate.For patients with predominantly negative symptoms and biased Yin syndrome,the main treatment methods are to expel wind and eliminate evil,supple-ment Qi and nourish blood;For those with positive symptoms as the main tendency towards Yang syndrome,the main treatment methods are clearing heat and nourishing Yin,purging fire and expelling phlegm,warming the kidneys and assisting Yang,and calming the nerves.In clinical diagnosis and treatment,attention should be paid to the complexity of the coexistence of Yin and Yang diseases and the transformation of Yin and Yang.关键词
