熵权法结合响应面法优化助阳生精方回流提取工艺
Optimization of the Reflux Extraction Process of Zhuyang Shengjing Formula Based on Entropy Weight Method and Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the ethanol extraction process of Zhuyang Shengjing Formula.Methods:The content of ferulic acid and extraction yield of Zhuyang Shengjing Formula were selected as evaluation indexes.Based on the re-sults of the single factor test,the liquid-material ratio,ethanol volume fraction,and extraction time were selected as the response factors.The entropy weight method was adopted to determine the weight coefficient of each evaluation index and calculate the comprehensive score.Combined with the Box-Behnken response surface methodology,the reflux ex-traction process of the Zhuyang Shengjing Formula was optimized.The optimal extraction conditions were determined based on the comprehensive scores and experimentally validated.Results:The optimal reflux extraction technology of the Zhuyang Shengjing Formula included liquid-material ratio of 19∶1,ethanol volume fraction of 66%,extraction time of 1.4 hours,with two extraction cycles.Under these optimal conditions,the average ferulic acid content and extract yield reached 6.94 mg and 35.23%,respectively,resulting in a comprehensive score of 96.98,which was close to the predicted value of the model.Conclusion:The entropy weight method combined with the response surface methodology has successfully determined the optimal reflux extraction process for the Zhuyang Shengjing Formula.This method has been proven stable and feasible,and can serve as a valuable reference for further research on the formula.关键词
