摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yishen Jiangu Mixture combined with needle knife therapy in the treatment of chronic low back pain caused by primary osteoporosis of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type.Methods:150 patients were selected and divided into 3 groups using random number method.Control group:treated with calcium carbonate chewable tablets and alpha D3 for 6 months;Observation group A:On the basis of the control group,com-bined with or Yishen Jiangu Mixture,persisted in treatment for 6 months;Observation group B:On the basis of obser-vation group A combined with small needle knife treatment once a week,three times for one course of treatment,up to two courses of treatment.Observe and statistically analyze the changes in VAS(Visual Analogue Scale),ODI(Oswe-stry Disability Index),PINP(N-terminal propeptide of type I precollagen),CTX(carboxy-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen),PGE2(Prostaglandin E2),TCM(traditional Chinese medicine)syndrome score,blood routine,liver and kid-ney function at 1、3 and 6 months after treatment,and record any adverse drug reactions that occur in patients.Results:There were not significant differences in VAS score、ODI score、PINP、CTX、PGE2 and TCM syndrome score before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score、ODI score、PINP、CTX、PGE2 and TCM syndrome score of among the 3 grups were gradually decreasing after treatment of 1 month、3 months and 6 months,while there were significant differences between them(P<0.05),and Observation group B was better than Observation group A and Control group.There were no significant differences in blood routine,liver and kidney function,and adverse reactions among the 3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yishen Jiangu Mixture and small needle knife can effectively alleviate chronic low back pain and improve lumbar mobility in patients with primary osteoporosis of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,by regulating bone metabolism,reducing bone turnover rate,inhibiting bone loss,and reducing inflammatory pain factors.The comprehensive efficacy is satisfactory and the safety is high.关键词
