Yi Weizhen's Experience in Treating Granulomatous Mastitis from the Perspective of"Phlegm,Stasis and Deficiency"
摘要
Abstract
Granulomatous mastitis is a chronic refractory inflammatory disease,which often forms a multi-type coexis-tence period of lumps,abscesses,and ulcers due to mistreatment in clinical practice.Professor Yi Weizhen believes that this period is always based on the root deficiency and branch excess,with the mutual combination of phlegm and stasis as the standard,and the deficiency of the lungs,spleen,and kidneys.The clinical syndrome is based on the treatment of both the symptoms and the root causes,and the treatment rules of cultivating foundation and strengthing vital Qi,clearing phlegm and stasis,and regulating Qi and circulation,have been established.The treatment of the spleen,lungs,and kidneys is regulated to consolidate the roots,and the phlegm and blood circulation are dispelled to dispel evils,which has a significant curative effect,providing a useful reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of granulom-atous mastitis in the multi-type coexisting period.关键词
