Analyzing the Clinical Thinking of Treating Chronic Heart Failure Based on"State-Target"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Chronic heart failure,as the terminal stage of various cardiac diseases,is characterized by the core pathogene-sis of"mutual entanglement of Yang deficiency and stasis-fluid"throughout its course.Due to the intractability and protracted nature of its symptoms,clinical management of chronic heart failure primarily involves multi-organ co-treat-ment with a focus on cardiac therapy.The"State-Target Differentiation and Treatment"approach to chronic heart fail-ure establishes a unique diagnostic and therapeutic model integrating macro-level disease assessment with micro-level targeted therapy.It identifies stasis states,fluid states,and phlegm states through pathological products;differentiates syndromes using classical texts and formulas from historical physicians;and pinpoints targets based on symptom evolu-tion and biochemical indicators.This approach explores the efficacy of"target formulas"and"targeted drugs"across chronic heart failure stages-particularly in stasis and fluid states-offering novel therapeutic perspectives and directions.targeted medicationsin various stages of chronic heart failure,particularly for stasis and fluid retention states,offering novel therapeutic approaches and directions.关键词
