摘要
Abstract
Gouty Arthritis is a common Rheumatic Immune System disease,and its incidence has been increasing in re-cent years.The theory of Circular Motion is a dialectical idea proposed by Peng Ziyi based on the laws of Cosmic Opera-tion and the five elements of Yin and Yang in the human body.Based on the theory of Circular Motion in traditional Chinese medicine,this article proposes the core pathogenesis of Gouty Arthritis as"Abnormal rise and fall of the cardi-nal,Obstruction of dampness,turbidity,blood stasis,and toxin".It emphasizes the treatment principles of"regulating the cardinal,promoting Qi circulation,and eliminating turbidity and toxin",and advocates the differentiation and treat-ment of Gouty Arthritis from three directions:"regulating the spleen and dampness to reduce turbidity,soothing the liver and clearing the lungs to regulate rise and fall,and eliminating turbidity and stasis to unblock obstruction".A case study is attached to provide new theoretical reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Gouty Arthritis.关键词
