Ras-Raf-MEK1/2-ERK1/2信号通路与听觉退行性病变关系的研究进展
Research Progress on the Relationship Between Ras-Raf-MEK1/2-ERK1/2 Signaling Pathway and Auditory Degeneration
摘要
Abstract
Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathways play a crucial role in information transmission in animals.Under both normal and pathological conditions, these pathways activate corresponding downstream signaling factors that participate in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis,as well as in the damage and repair processes associated with oxidative stress.Among the MAPK family,c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)is closely linked to the apoptosis of various biological cells, while extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)represents another significant member of this family.Unlike JNK,ERK and its associated signaling pathway molecules(Ras-Raf-MEK1/2-ERK1/2)possess the ability to inhibit apoptosis and regulate cell growth, development, and division.Currently, numerous studies have demonstrated that pathological phenomena such as neuronal dysfunction and degeneration can be ameliorated by modulating the ERK phosphorylation process within the MAPK pathway.Additionally, the Ras-Raf-MEK1/2-ERK1/2 signaling pathway is critical in the context of age-related hearing loss. However, relatively little research has been conducted on auditory degeneration, which is a significant contributor to age-related hearing loss. This article aims to review the correlation between the Ras-Raf-MEK1/2-ERK1/2 pathway and auditory neurodegeneration, thereby providing a theoretical foundation for exploring the causes and potential treatments of age-related hearing impairment.关键词
