Exploring the Professor WANG Qinglai's Medication Rules in the Treatment of Osteoporosis Based on Data Mining

Abstract
Objective To explore the medication characteristics and dispensing rules of Professor WANG Qinglai' s diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis using data mining techniques.Methods The effective medical records of Professor WANG in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis from January 2018 to December 2024 were sorted out,220 qualified prescriptions were screened,and an Excel database was established.SPSS Statistics 25.0 and Modeler 18.0 software systems were used to analyze drug frequency,taste and meridian tropism,association rules and clustering characteristics.Results The study involved 131 traditional Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 3212 times.The high-frequency drugs were mainly Chuanxiong and Xiangfu.The distribution of medicinal properties showed that warm and flat drugs were dominant,supplemented by cold property of drug.The flavor of the medicine was centered on the three flavors of sweet,bitter and pungent,supplemented by sour and light.The meridian distribution was concentrated in the liver and spleen meridians,followed by the kidney,lung and heart meridians.The core drug categories included tonic,blood-activating and qi-regulating herbs.In the association rules,the combination of Chuanxiong-Chaihu-Xiangfu and the compatibility of Fuling-Zexie-Shanyao showed significant association characteristics.High-frequency drug clustering formed three characteristic groups:C1(Chuanxiong,Xiangfu,etc.),C2(Fuling,Shanyao,etc.),C3(Dihuang,Baizhu,etc.).Conclusion Professor WANG Qinglai's treatment of osteoporosis emphasizes harmonizing the liver,spleen,and kidney systems,integrating the principles of fortifying healthy qi and consolidating the root with activating blood circulation and unblocking collaterals.Core herbs such as Chuanxiong,Fuling,and Shanyao form the therapeutic foundation,while signature combinations include"Chuanxiong-Duzhong"and"Fuling-Zexie".关键词
