Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of digital radiography(DR)and CT imaging in burst fractures of the spine.Methods A total of 60 patients with suspected spinal burst fracture admitted to Wannian County People's Hospital from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group selected digital radiography(DR)diagnosis method,and the study group selected CT imaging examination.The diagnostic effects of the two groups were statistically evaluated,and the examination time,examination cost,detection rate,diagnostic efficiency and anatomical coincidence rate of patients with spinal burst fracture under different examination methods were discussed.Results The examination time and cost of the study group were(8.39±0.48)min and(601.23±11.35)yuan,respectively,which were higher than(2.39±0.43)min and(117.32±10.38)yuan of the control group(P<0.05).The detection rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the study group were 93.33%,96.67%and 83.33%,respectively,which were higher than 66.67%,76.67%and 33.33%of the control group;the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the study group were 3.33%and 13.33%,respectively,which were lower than 20.00%and 63.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The coincidence rates of diagnosis of spinal burst fracture and anatomy in the study group were 83.33%,93.33%,76.67%,83.33%and 83.33%,respectively,which were higher than 30.00%,56.67%,33.33%,33.33%,40.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CT imaging provides superior visualization of burst fractures of the spine,enhancing detection and diagnostic accuracy,and reducing misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.However,the higher costs and longer examination times necessitate careful consideration based on individual patient needs.关键词
