基于结构方程模型的2型糖尿病患者住院费用影响因素分析
Analysis of Influencing Factors of Hospitalization Expenses of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Based on Structural Equation Model

Abstract
Objective To analyze the composition of hospitalization expenses of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and explore its influencing factors by means of structural equation model,so as to provide scientific decision-making basis for reducing the economic burden of patients and controlling the expense of diseases in hospitals.Methods A retrospective cohort study design was used to retrieve and screen the first page data of 9144 medical records of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in a tertiary Chinese medicine hospital in Changchun from 2021 to 2023.Descriptive analysis was performed on the structure and change trend of hospitalization expenses.Univariate analysis,correlation analysis,structural equation model and other methods were used to analyze the influencing factors and influencing paths of hospitalization expenses.Results In the composition of total hospitalization expenses for inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,the top three contributors were medication expenses(37.99%),diagnostic expenses(27.14%),and treatment expenses(19.77%).The length of hospital stay not only had a direct impact on hospitalization expenses but also acted as a mediating variable,with a total effect coefficient of 0.496.The influencing factors in descending order of impact were:use of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic and treatment techniques(-0.278),medical payment method(-0.134),presence of complications(0.110),age(0.085),marital status(0.019),and gender(0.018).Conclusion The hospitalization expenses for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus are relatively high,and the cost structure is unreasonable.The main influencing factors include the length of hospital stay,medical payment method,age,marital status,use of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic and treatment techniques,gender,and presence of complications.Reasonably reducing the length of hospital stay is the core measure to control hospitalization expenses for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.关键词
