多索茶碱联合布地奈德治疗急性支气管哮喘的效果及安全性分析
Analysis of the Effect and Safety of Doxofylline Combined with Budesonide in Treating Acute Bronchial Asthma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of doxofylline combined with budesonide in treating acute bronchial asthma.Methods This study was conducted by enrolling 86 patients diagnosed with acute bronchial asthma at our hospital between January 2022 and December 2024,who were then randomly assigned to either a control group(n=43)or a study group(n=43)via a random number table.The control group was treated with budesonide nebulized inhalation,while the study group was treated with doxofylline in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indicators,inflammatory factor levels,clinical symptom resolution time,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of 83.72%in the control group,the study group had a higher rate of 95.35%(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group in terms of pulmonary function indicators,inflammatory factor levels,and clinical symptom resolution time after treatment,the study group exhibited higher FEV1,PEF,and FVC,lower levels of IL-6,IL-17,TNF-α and CRP,and shorter disappearance times for cough,gasping and wheezing rales(P＜0.05).The study group and the control group showed no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of doxofylline and budesonide in the treatment of patients with acute bronchial asthma can enhance clinical efficacy,improve pulmonary function,alleviate clinical symptoms,and inhibit inflammatory factor levels,with a favorable safety profile.关键词
