摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of montelukast sodium combined with cetirizine hydrochloride in children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods A total of 86 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Donghedian Township Central Health Center of Pingyu County from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment plus montelukast sodium, while the study group received routine treatment plus montelukast sodium and cetirizine hydrochloride.Symptom improvement, inflammatory and immune indicators, blood gas indicators, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The durations of cough and wheezing,as well as the time to fever resolution, were shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-4,and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),whereas the levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,and IgM were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the partial pressure of oxygen and oxygen saturation in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with cetirizine hydrochloride can promote symptom relief in children with asthmatic bronchitis, reduce the inflammatory response, improve immune function, and regulate blood gas indicators without significantly increasing adverse reactions. Therefore, this regimen is worthy of clinical application.关键词
