基于护理结局分类的护理模式在创伤性颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果
Application Effect of a Nursing Model Based on Nursing Outcomes Classification in Patients with Traumatic Craniocerebral Injury

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of a nursing model based on the Nursing Outcomes Classification(NOC)in patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury.Methods Using a prospective non-randomized method,99 patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from February 2023 to October 2025 were selected and divided into a control group(50 cases,receiving routine nursing intervention)and an observation group(49 cases,receiving the NOC-based nursing model in addition to the care provided to the control group)according to different nursing protocols.The incidence of complications,as well as cognitive function[Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)],motor function[Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)],and psychological status[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)]scores before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the MoCA and FMA scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group,with all differences being statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The NOC-based nursing model can improve short-term psychological status,motor function,and cognitive function in patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury,and reduce the occurrence of short-term complications.关键词
