摘要
Abstract
Eosinophilic inflammation(elevated eosinophils)represents an important phenotype of chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease(COPD),characterized by type 2 inflammation.Through intercellular interactions,this pheno-type contributes to airway remodeling,mucus hypersecretion and progressive decline in lung function.This article summa-rizes the immunopathogenic mechanisms and clinical characteristics of eosinophilic COPD,with the aim of clarifying its value as a"treatable trait"and discussing targeted therapies and precision management strategies to advance individualized care.关键词
