中药解酒的药理作用及其活性成分的信号通路调节
Progress in pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine for alcohol detoxification and role of active ingredients in signal transduc-tion pathway regulation

Abstract
The use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for alcohol detoxification plays a significant role in health protection,prevention,and treatment of alcohol-related diseases.To elucidate the modern scientific understanding of TCM in this context,the research literature on TCM for alcohol detoxification was reviewed based on the results of phar-macological studies,and 13 types of TCM with proven effects were identified.The pharmacological effects and mecha-nisms of TCM in this area were examined from six aspects:alleviating or eliminating intoxication symptoms,protecting the digestive tract,protecting liver health from alcohol damage,maintaining brain function,supporting kidney function,and reversing or adjusting metabolic processes.The basis of TCM's efficacy in this regard involves complex regulatory mecha-nisms of signal pathways such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,and anti-apoptotic pathways.The combined synergy of multiple ingredients,targets and pathways is central to the efficacy of TCM for alcohol detoxification.By integrating the de-velopment of TCM products to mitigate the effects of alcohol,future research directions are suggested to address existing gaps,thus providing a scientific basis to advance TCM research in this area,including the development of liver protective products and their clinical application.关键词
