Cyber-physical Collaborative Restoration Framework and Model for Power Distribution Networks With Satellite-terrestrial Communications
摘要
Abstract
The rapid development of modern power systems with tightly coupled cyber-physical interactions has also increased the risks of cyber-physical cascading faults.Low earth orbit(LEO)satellite internet,as a novel communication medium, offers unique advantages, including low susceptibility to ground-based disasters, wide coverage, low latency, and high bandwidth, providing a new pathway for enhancing the resilience of cyber-physical power systems. This study, from the perspective of LEO satellite internet supporting post-disaster restoration, proposes a cyber-physical collaborative restoration framework and model for power distribution networks with satellite-terrestrial communications. This framework elucidates the coupling relationships between power grids and communication networks in terms of energy supply, information exchange, and temporal recovery under integrated satellite-terrestrial communications. It further characterizes the cyber-physical collaborative restoration process of power distribution networks, considering constraints such as satellite communication terminal deployment, satellite communication link capacity, and satellite communication duration. To reduce computational complexity, this paper employs linearization techniques and feasible region reduction methods. The effectiveness of the proposed model and method are verified through the case study of the 10-node information network-IEEE 33-node power distribution network system.关键词
