赤羽病病毒的宿主谱、流行情况及基因型多样性
Host Range,Prevalence and Genotype Diversity of Akabane Virus
摘要
Abstract
Akabane virus(AKAV)is an arbovirus transmitted by mosquitoes and Culicoides biting midges,causing reproductive disorders and congenital malformations in susceptible animals,involving a broad host range,including pigs,horses,camels,deer,bamboo rats,etc.,in addition to cattle and sheep.AKAV was predominantly prevalent in temperate and tropical regions of Asia,Africa and Oceania,indicating certain geographical characteristics.There were significant variations in the prevalent genotypes across different regions:genotypes I and II were mainly in Asia,genotypes III and V were in Oceania,while genotype IV was in Africa.The host range,prevalence and genotype diversity of AKAV were summarized and analyzed,aiming to identify the rules of its transmission and prevalence,and thereby to provide a reference for the prevention and control of Akabane disease.关键词
