江西瑞昌市沙坪湖矿区熔剂用石灰岩矿石特征及加工技术性能
Characteristics and Processing Technical Properties of Flux Limestone Ore in Shapinghu Mining Area,Ruichang City,Jiangxi Province
摘要
Abstract
The limestone bed used as a flux in the Shapinghu mining area is a shallow marine carbonate rock deposit.The ore body is exposed at the surface,the ore quality is good,and it is a large-scale deposit.The natural types of ores primarily include micro-powdery crystalline limestone and mud-crystalline limestone,with mineral compositions mainly consisting of calcite and trace amounts of dolomite.The main chemical component CaO is uniform,with low content of MgO and SiO2.The process flow adopts large fragments,crushing,fragmentation,calcination(entering rotary and rotary kilns),active lime blocks,and powder.The activated lime after calcination has high activity,and the indicators such as compressive load,firing,and burning loss all meet the requirements of the specifications.The ore processing technology has good performance.This study has certain guiding significance for the development and utilization of mines and the search for similar mineral deposits in the surrounding areas.关键词
