江苏新沂地区宿迁组石英砂矿物源分析:基于锆石U-Pb年代学特征
Provenance Analysis of the Suqian Formation Quartz Sand in the Xinyi Area,Jiangsu:Based on Zircon U-Pb Chronological Characteristics

Abstract
The sand layer of the Suqiao Formation in the Xinyi area of Jiangsu Province is a high-quality raw material for glass-making quartz sand deposits,primarily distributed within the Tan-Lu Fault Zone.Major element analysis indicates that the sand layer has moderate maturity,characterized by high SiO2 and low CaO,NaO,and TiO2 content,reflecting a tectonic setting of a passive continental margin.Zircon U-Pb isotopic dating results show that the detrital zircon ages are concentrated in two peak intervals:130 Ma and 2500-2600 Ma.Combined with regional geological characteristics and the mineral composition of the raw ore sand,these findings indicate that the provenance of the quartz sand deposits in the Suqiao Formation is mainly derived from Neoarchean Paleoproterozoic basement rocks,with partial contributions from the Early Cretaceous Taolin intrusive body located northeast of the study area.关键词
