突尼斯非政府组织参与社会治理实践研究
A Study on the Participation of NGOs in Social Governance in Tunisia
摘要
Abstract
Since 2011,Tunisia has empowered Non-Governmental Organizations(NGOs)participation in social governance by relaxing establishment regulations,per-mitting autonomous classification,and expanding funding sources.NGOs engage in two primary activities:responding to government initiatives to influence policy-making and supervise administration;and providing targeted and diversified voluntary services to specific populations.Their activities have improved social resource allocation,strengthened social cohesion,and conflict mediation to promote harmonious develop-ment.Nevertheless,NGOs also face significant challenges.Dependence on international aid hinders their autonomy and public legitimacy,while internal conflicts require strengthened cooperation among them.NGOs'activities contribute to optimizing the social structure and resource allocation of Tunisia,but they are vulnerable to external factors.In the future,NGOs need to obey the laws and regulations,strengthen com-munication and reduce rely on international aid to overcome challenges and augment so-cial impact.关键词
