Abstract
Against the backdrop of the global climate governance transition and China's pursuit of its"dual carbon"goals,the critical role of social organizations in climate communication urgently requires theoretical deepening and practical innovation.This study clarifies the core roles of Chinese social organizations in climate communication:
As International Discourse Power Constructors:Reshaping the global climate nar-rative through knowledge production and normative embedding,promoting the dis-semination of the"China Approach".As National Policy Translators:Converting macro-level policies into localized actions.As Social Innovation Popularizers:Accelera-ting the dissemination of low-carbon technologies and the transfer of experiential knowl-edge.As Advocates for Public Action:Stimulating public agency through participatory communication and community mobilization.As Coordinators of Multi-stakeholder Collaboration:Integrating climate action networks through relationship restructuring and platform-based operations.Addressing challenges such as the imbalance in the global communication landscape and insufficient local practice translation,the study proposes three key action strategies:Reshaping global climate discourse power through"norma-tive-relational-technological"embedding.Constructing a bi-directional driving system linking local practices with global narratives.Activating the new quality productive forces in media to empower knowledge co-creation and innovation.关键词
