多杀巴斯德菌致慢性泪囊炎1例报告
Chronic dacryocystitis caused by Pasteurella multocida:a case report
摘要
Abstract
Pasteurella multocida(P.multocida)is a zoonotic pathogen that rarely causes clinical ocular infec-tion in humans.This paper reports a case of recurrent chronic dacryocystitis in the left eye caused by mucinous P.multocida infection.The patient had no history of direct animal contact,presenting as epiphora accompanied by secretion overflow.Identification of bacterial species was achieved by comprehensively utilizing the VITEK 2 Com-pact microbial identification system,Microflex LT/SH mass spectrometry system,and 16S rDNA sequencing.Antimicrobial susceptibility testing was performed using the microdilution broth method combined with the disk diffusion method.To further analyze the pathogenic characteristics,whole genome sequencing was performed on the strain.After diagnosis based on clinical manifestations and culture of lacrimal sac secretion,the patient was cured and discharged following treatment with levofloxacin combined with surgical intervention.It is necessary to enhance clinical understanding on P.multocida and its related ocular infection,so as to provide reference for practices in disease diagnosis and treatment.关键词
