摘要
Abstract
Nipah virus(NiV)is a zoonotic pathogen belonging to Henipavirus of Paramyxoviridae.NiV infec-tion can induce severe acute respiratory syndrome and fatal encephalitis.Since its initial outbreak in Malaysia in 1998,the virus has triggered multiple epidemics across South and Southeast Asia,posing a severe public health threat.Due to its high pathogenicity,high mortality,lack of specific therapeutics and vaccines,and the potential for human-to-human transmission,the risk of cluster outbreaks caused by NiV within healthcare facilities cannot be overlooked.This paper reviews the epidemiological characteristics,viral structure,infection mechanisms,clinical manifestations,infection control strategies,and current research on anti-NiV drug,aiming to enhance the aware-ness and vigilance of healthcare workers on NiV in China,offering a reference for the prevention of potential impor-ted outbreaks and healthcare-associated transmission.关键词
